As a practitioner and teacher of the Japanese Healing Art known as Reiki, my hands are extremely important to me. Reiki is a 'laying on of the hands' technique, in which the practitioner serves as a conduit or channel for Universal Life Force.
Currently, my hands are scuffed up from a bicycle accident yesterday.
